Yes. While in person practices are inspiring and magical, I understand that time availability and living location may not always be convenient.
I offer Empowered Spiritual Fitness, through Empowered Body Love Tribe Course. You will receive these practices directly related to our tribe.

While High School is ESSENTIAL, studies now show that dieting and low body confidence amongst girls begins as early as 8 years old.
According to The Eating Disorder Foundation, in 1970, the average girl began dieting at 14 yrs old, that age has dropped to 8 years old.
