Ask yourself

  • Am I looking for support to empower my life through body confidence and self-love?

  • Am I yearning  to have a natural easy to maintain body weight set point?

  • Am I excited to make a pivotal change in my life and for my children in regards to a positive relationship with foods and my body?

  • Do I want ongoing direct support and information from Sari?

  • I  know feeling comfortable in my body and confident with who I am is important, but I need tools, resources and practices.

Will I lose weight on Sari’s Empowered Spiritual Fitness and/or Empowered Body Love Course?

The goal is to reach a natural, body weight set point that is easy maintain with honoring hunger and fullness, movement that feels wonderful and a healthy mind along with it.

Can I join empowered Body Love Course and support group and not attend Empowered Spiritual Fitness ?

  • Yes. While in person practices are inspiring and magical, I understand that time availability  and living location may not always be convenient.

  • I offer Empowered Spiritual Fitness, through Empowered Body Love Tribe Course. You will receive these practices directly related to our tribe.

 

I am a school leader, how will your program benefit my students?

  • Does your students have issues with peer pressure on how they look?

  • Do you notice very little eating during lunch time, or very salad and “diet” based?

  • Do you notice a dieting “theme” within the school usually with the girls?

  • Do you want to set your school apart and offer the real confidence building tools that will encourage and foster your girls to do more and be more than a body?

I am school leader, what age is your program for?

  • While High School is ESSENTIAL, studies now show that dieting and low body confidence amongst girls begins as early as 8  years old.

  • According to The Eating Disorder Foundation, in 1970, the average girl began dieting at 14 yrs old, that age has dropped to 8 years old.

  • 42% of first- third grade girls reported want to be thinner

  • 80% of 10-year -old girls have already  been on a diet

 

I am a mom, and I noticed your messages about diet culture, is there something i can do to help my family? GREAT QUESTION Here's some facts:

  • Yes! It's not only the steady stream of subconscious messages that's steering kids toward restriction and insecurity. The diet industry itself takes advantage of its influence on the younger population.

  • Anyone who thinks children are not being psychologically and physically harmed by the diet culture is willfully ignoring the facts.
