I love to help people put their mind on their side in all areas. I have discovered through my own journey that status quo is just not good enough.

It often takes courage, bravery, tears and triumphs to get to what you really want.

Through stepping out of auto pilot thinking and transforming to an awakened and conscience thinker and believing in my inner power I became who I am today.

That conscious awaking and development of self led me to live a life I love, in a body I love without diets, trendy diet scams and the ability to become a diet culture dropout.

I am a lover of yoga, meditations, and movement. I am a seeker of personal development and learning. I am a certified Holistic Coach, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Trained by Patrica Moreno in The intenSati Method.

I am on a mission to empower more love for ourselves our bodies, because then and only then can we end diet culture and all the toxic implications that go along with it, all of which keeps women living with pain and suffering.

I believe in self-empowerment and I crossed the bridge from poor body image, low feelings of worthiness, and self -doubt to living life in a body I love, feelings of empowerment and trusting my inner voice.

I aim to raise the consciousness from the individual and create a ripple effect to create family and a community change to the way bodies have been valued as a stamp of worthiness. My motto is that we can live healthy and happy without the pursuit of the unrealistic thin ideal.

Growing up in the Jewish Community in Brooklyn, New York, I was raised to believe in the diet culture. I developed myself into a fitness and health guru which is a breading ground for diet culture practices.

I am blessed to be a mom, a grandmother, wife and friend. I am filled with gratitude towards my community for cheering me on to pave the way to help women and girls find body love, end dieting and live life with their fullest potential; an empowered life.
